If you’ve baked up a cob pie for dessert, it’s not a bad idea to store it in the closet until you’re ready to serve it up. First, it’s a good idea to figure out what to make for dinner. Take a drive along a driftway and you might spot a pooquaw and get inspired to dig for more to fill out tonight’s menu. What’s a pooquaw? It’s a quahog, of course. You’ll be so full the next morning, you won’t even be able to eat one slapjack.
